Softran provides software development services under written statements of work. Each engagement is governed by its signed SOW, which controls over anything on this site.

Site content is provided as general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice. Softran is not a law firm. Formation services offered in the Launch Pack are executed through filing partners, and Softran is not a law firm and gives no legal, tax, or immigration advice.

Pricing shown is indicative and confirmed only in a signed scope one-pager. Scope changes require a signed change order. Clients own 100% of delivered code and IP on final payment.
